    • Information relating to the education or the medical, financial, criminal or
    employment history of a person;
    • The blood type or any other biometric information of a person;

    • The name of a person if it appears with other Personal Information relating
    to the person or if the disclosure of the name itself would reveal information

    law, not make the other’s Confidential Information available to any third party,

    purposes of direct marketing by means of unsolicited electronic

19. Media
