The Marketing Specialist is a key team member contributing to the overall success of the KelseyCare Advantage Medicare Advantage line of business. This position is primarily responsible for supporting broker and field sales with all sales collateral needed including brochures, tri-folds, presentations, and other promotional marketing materials. Position responsible for the development, proofing, maintenance, and inventory of broker and field sales marketing materials. Ability to organize, delegate and manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with in-house staff and vendors to achieve project goals. Highly developed organizational, communications, and customer relations skills required.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or related major
3-5 years of experience in marketing communications, working on sales support, collateral, and other sales-focused marketing.
Detailed project management planning and execution (agency, or in-house corporate)
Strong interpersonal skills, integrity
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Excellent project management skills, including task prioritization
Experience working with outside contractors and vendors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
Strong project and time management skills are required
2 years of Medicare communications experience
Ability to speak and write in Spanish
