Pratt, Kansas, Job Summary: Reporting directly to the CEO: Develops, coordinates, and directs public relations, community service, and marketing activities for organization by performing duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. Represents the organization to the press and public by acting as chief corporate spokesperson. Fields and directs responses to all media-related inquiries. Plans and implements organization’s public relations strategies, policies, and procedures. Researches and writes copy for corporate promotional materials. Collects data for assessment of community need for health care services. Uses available sources of data to identify opportunities, examine market position and area competition to assist in determining health care services or products needed by the service area. Develops and coordinates marketing plans for new services as directed and within agreed upon time frames. Coordinates productions of effective media materials to inform the public of services provided to meet production schedules and within agreed upon time frame. (print media, brochures, commercials, news releases, etc.) Maintains, stores and appropriately displays PRMC’s historical information. Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s Education (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university; or one (1) to two (2) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
